Jean-Luc Moerman

As I dived in the preparation of a project, we're hoping to realise soon, I came to notice the Belgian artist Jean-Luc Moerman. He drew my attention with his street-art-styled language and especially with the work he did for the B.P.S. 22 in Charleroi!
